Connect Gmail and your deals update themselves

A CRM only stays accurate if someone updates it after every call and email, and nobody keeps that up, so it drifts out of date and quiet deals slip by unnoticed. Connect Gmail and Throughline flips that around. The record maintains itself from the email you already send and receive.

What shipped. Connect your Gmail one time. From then on, every email you send or receive with someone on a deal is matched to that deal and saved on its timeline, new people on the thread are added as contacts, and a dollar figure in the text is offered to you as a value change to approve. Email that matches no deal is never read past the sender line, and never stored.

How Throughline treats a CRM. A CRM should not be a second job. The reason pipelines go stale is that they ask people to re-enter, by hand, information that already exists somewhere else. So Throughline treats the record as a byproduct of the work you already do. You run your deals over email like always, and the pipeline keeps itself current from that, instead of waiting for you to remember.

What you and your org get. For the person on the deal, there is nothing to log and nothing to keep current. For the org, the pipeline is finally complete and honest, because it no longer depends on who bothered to type. You get forecasts you can trust, a full history on every relationship, and the certainty that nothing changed behind your back, because a number only moves when a person approves it.
